When I started my computer repair business naturally I wanted every customer to recommend me to their friends, neighbors and work colleagues and I knew I would only achieve this objective by providing excellent customer service.
Now my business is established I am pleased to say that a lot of my work comes from referrals by enthusiastic customers, however it is ultimately the customers themselves who define what 'excellent customer service' is and not me!
