Computer Doc Delivers! To All Concerned Consumers - The Computer Doc fixed me right up, and that was no easy task. I am a totally blind computer user, and I had a few problems with my system, so I consulted with the Computer Doc to help me get my system humming correctly again. First off, I knew that my system had picked up a virus and some spyware, so I needed to download anti-virus scan program, remove spyware, and clean up my ailing hard drive. Vic, The Computer Doc, was prompt, courteous, and a fantastically competent professional technician. He pulled off all those tasks and tripled the size of my RAM quickly using freeware, so only the parts and reasonable labor was charged to me, the grateful and appreciative customer. The other problem I needed assistance with was installing adaptive technology software in the form of Optical Character Recognition scanning and reading software as well as the drivers for my nearly-obsolete scanner. Once again, the Computer Doc delivered a tremendously professional job of the utmost quality and minimal cost.
